For more than 25 years I have worked as an event professional, with a strong focus on international associations and destinations. I thrive in complex, challenging, and international environments where acceleration, (re)positioning, and tangible results are needed.

I enjoy taking final responsibility for strategy, international acquisition, and positioning. As a connector, I bring stakeholders in the international field together and enjoy creating valuable collaborations.

My style combines decisive and servant leadership with strategic overview. I am driven by design thinking, co-creation, and making an impact, with the goal of growth and visible results. My track record includes leading a convention bureau and international association congresses, in both dynamic international and political-administrative environments.
